Tham Phra Nang Beach (Phra Nang Cave Beach)
“Phra Nang Cave Beach” is a stunning beach with scenic viewpoints. On the edge of Phra Nang Beach in the Krabi Province of Thailand, a cave has been dedicated to a princess goddess named Phra Nang. Today, local fisherman and boatmen leave offerings in Phra Nang cave to ensure safe travel on the sea. One their wish is fulfilled, they will redeem a vow to the goddess with a “lingam” or or a phallic-shaped statue representing the Hindu god Shiva.
